Capital Smart City is pleased to announce the possession of multiple blocks!

Capital Smart City takes pride in announcing the possession of multiple blocks. The possessions were assigned to Sector-F in the Overseas East block, Sector-B in the Executive Block – 1, and sectors A to H in the Overseas Prime – 1.

According to sources, officials from Capital Smart City congratulated all official sales partners on the successful possession of multiple blocks today. The officials declared that, by Allah’s grace, they were able to grant possession to the owners.

The officials also stated that the possession of sector C from Executive Block – 1 will be announced next month, and that we will proceed with the possession process sector by sector, Inshallah.

Furthermore, they stated that possession was given within 17 months of the promised deadline. However, the timeline promised was 25 months.
