BLOCKS & PLOTS (Phase#1)

Starting from the gate#1; there are commercial plots on entering. Society consists of three developed blocks as A, B and C which further consist of 5 Marla, 10 Marla, 1 Kanal and 2 Kanal residential plots. Society is working on two more blocks D and E; the construction is in process and both the blocks contain limited plots which are available on three years installments. A,B and C blocks are 98% developed and people who want to buy any plot in above mentioned blocks will have to pay 50% amount and remaining can be paid in the form of instalments. Prices vary according to the domain or area like corner plots or plots near park will have higher price and so on.

This housing scheme has two categories of plots; commercial plots are placed at the entry of the society from gate# 1. In residential category; plots of different sizes like 5 Marla to 10 Marla or 1-2 Kanal are available whereas for each package 2.5 Marla to 8 Marla plots are available in commercial category. PROJECT PLAN

On 1 June 2020 the Citi Housing Multan unveiled. On the launching ceremony they announced that this was the first project to be built in Pakistan and then introduced for reservation.

The representatives also stated that they will meet their customers’ obligations. The company offered ownership for the first 100 customers when they paid 50 percent of their total parcel size. When you first come, you’ll also allocate basic plot numbers.
