Note:

There is also a development charge reduction for 12 marla and 1-kanal plots. After discount, the development costs for one kanal, which are actually 27,50,500, will be 13,75.000. Furthermore, early birds who purchase plots earlier will receive a 50% discount on construction.

Investors can only get these development discounts if they ask to take possession of the land. So, you will get a 25% discount on the development fees, and the rest of the discount will come when the property is finished.
